  • Do you keep items in stock at your physical location? 
    • Each online order is custom ordered and decorated on-site at our Saginaw, MI location. Since each item is made-to-order, the order turnaround time is subject to product availability, and can change. 
  • How long will my order take? 
    • Typical turnaround time is 3-5 weeks. Each item is made to order, and is subject to product availability and shipping time. If the item you selected happens to be out of stock, our team will notify you of the restock date, and options for replacements, or if you would like to wait for the backorder date. 
  • What if an item is on backorder? 
    • Our team will contact you if one of your items is on backorder, and with a projected date if available. At that time, the rest of your order will continue to move through the processing process. In summary, the majority of your order will not be held up due to a backorder, but you may get several contact notifications. 
  • How will I get notified when my order is ready? 
    • We will email you via the email address provided on your order. 
  • How long does UPS Ground take? 
    • We are shipping from the state of Michigan, so any order shipping within the state of Michigan will only take 1-2 business days via UPS Ground.  
  • How is shipping cost calculated? 
    • Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the location it is going to, as well as the weight of the garments in the order. 
  • When I select "pick-up" where is that available for pick-up? 
    • Items are available for pick-up at The Work Wear Store physical location at the following address: 1708 N. Michigan Ave., Saginaw, MI 48602.
